Recipe // Fried Noodles w/ Duck and Chili

Hey Chicks! This is something a bit new, but nonetheless something I really wanted to do! I posted this picture on Instagram and I was so delighted to see that some of you actually wanted a recipe, so that is what you are getting!

You’ll need:

1 duck breast or thigh

1 pack of noodles, all kinds work.

A variety of vegetables, incl. frozen peas and herbs

Soy sauce and chili sauce, you can make the chili super easily yourself.

Duck: 1.  Turn up for pan to medium/high heat and give it 2-3 minute on each side or until it is golden brown. 3. Then put it in the oven in 180 C for 30 minutes, or until it is cooked through. Note: If you want to make your own chili sauce, pour a little water with the duck and use it for the sauce later on.

Noodles w/ veggies: 1. Turn up the pan to medium heat and get some water boiling for the noodles.  2. Then cut up veggies of your choice, for this dish I prefer carrots, onion, garlic and broccoli, but use whatever is in your fridge. 3. Pour a spoonful of oil on the pan, along with some soy sauce and cook your greens. Let them cook for 5-7 minutes, then pour them all onto a plate while you cook the rest. When the noodles are done pour them onto the pan, still on medium heat, along with some soy sauce and frozen peas. Fry for 8-10 minutes, then pour the veggies on the pan, spice it up with some chili sauce and some herbs, I prefer coriander, and there you go.
