I usually get a lot of questions regarding what to eat for breakfast or for a light snack. Well, during Summer I go for fresh veggies and fruits. Preferably homegrown. If you have access to homegrown greens, that may be your parents’, friends’ or your own garden, if you’re a lucky bastard. What I like to make on hot Summer mornings are smoothie popsicles from homegrown/wild berries, that will cool you down for sure.
