Zero Waste Baking // Recipe Idea

I haven’t been interested in baking for a long time but due to my zero waste living I had to come up with my own recipes for sweets and cakes. Therefore I present the flour free vegan hazelnut and chocolate bites! These are made with very few ingredients and here is how to make them:

You’ll need:

  • Homemade vegan chocolate spread – find my recipe here
  • Cocoa powder
  • Two bananas
  • Preferably a pinch of salt and vanilla

Mix everything together, in a blender or by hand, and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, and there you have it! They are so easy, and so delicious!

      • Dear Mary, you are Zero Waste superb!I love love your Zero Waste Way! As to an alternative to bananas, maybe squash? Although a little bit of banana could also add good texture. Love to all <3 VM Chan Velarde
