3 Easy Smoothies

Hello everybody! I’ve mentioned several times on my channel that I am not necessarily a big fan of breakfast. In my teens and early 20’s I often ended up skipping breakfast, because I could not stomach any food in the morning. I now know that it is insanely important to starting your digestion early in the day and also have some food for fuel, otherwise to becomes difficult to focus, to concentrate, to listen and to read. I have found that smoothies provide me with enough nutrients to kick start my day, and best of all, they do not make me feel nauseous or too full (as bread or granola often does)

The red one: My all time favourite tastes more like a dessert than actual food. However it is all good stuff. I take 1 banana, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of raspberries and 2 cups of oat milk and blend it for 20-ish seconds.

The green one: This is the most nutritious of them all I think, but don’t get me wrong that does not mean it tastes bad or boring. This is absolutely incredible. I blend 1 banana, 2 cups of spinach, ½ a cup of kale, 2 cups of oat milk and 2 tbsps of peanut butter. . I then blend it for 20-ish seconds.

The yellow one: This is actually more of a base smoothie that I often add other stuff to but it can be made really nice by itself as well. I blend 1 banana and 1 cups of oat milk with a pinch of cinnamon and agave syrup. I then blend it for 20-ish seconds.
