Hello everyone! In my last video I showed you my favourite dish, and not too long ago I talked about it Instagram as well. Now, I thought I would share the recipe with you. Don’t get your hopes up if you are expecting something insane and complex, this is super super simple and I make it when I don’t feel like cooking a lot. Here goes.
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon of plant based butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Vegetable broth and water
Boil some rice, any rice you like will do. While the rice is boiling make the sauce. Melt the butter, I used plant based butter. When the butter is melted pour in a spoonful of flour. When that is doughy, add curry and what other spices you like. I always add pepper, , salt, thai curry, paprika, turmeric and nutmeg. Mix it until smooth. Add water with vegetable broth, just bit at a time. Bam amazing curry sauce. You can add a salad, falafel or any kind of side dish you like. This dish is super versatile, which is why I love it.
